Hi there! I'm Carlos, I'm 25 years old and I've been learning how to cook and bake since I was 6. 

I learnt almost everything I know from my grandmother, who taught me (from scratch) how to make the most delicious recipes from a Key Lime Pie to a Homemade Pesto Sauce.

With me you will learn every dish you want from the following categories:

In the Baking and Dessert categories you will learn 
*Basic dishes like Cupcakes, Cakes and Butter Cookies.
*Cold desserts like the Alaskan Cake and the oven-less Cheesecake.
*Advanced recipes like the New York-Style Cheesecake, Tiramisu and Japanese Cheesecake. 

I will explain how to make everything from scratch and you will learn valuable terms and techniques that you can then use on other recipes or to try and create your own ones!

Note: Please contact me beforehand with the recipes or dishes you want to learn so I can let you know all materials and/or ingredients you will need (and for me to get all materials too).
